To ensure prompt service, have your order number ready when you call.
A Customer Service representative will work to remedy your situation as quickly as possible by either:
- Replacing your incorrect product with the correct product
- Replacing damaged product with new product
- Or shipping the missing parts you specify
Our Customer Service will advise disposition of the incorrect or damaged product. In the event that a product replacement or parts are not available, we will refund the credit card you used for your original purchase. Please note, refunds cannot be made for products which are in perfect condition but no longer desired.
