Core Benefits are available to all full-time employees. ClosetMaid® pays 100% of these benefits. Optional Benefits are designed to allow full time employees to select benefits dependent upon their individual needs. ClosetMaid® shares the cost of these benefits. We provide Retirement Planning Tools for every employee! Our Retirement Planning Tools include a 401(k) plan with an 50% match on the first 6% of contributions and a fully-funded Pension Plan.
