1) Close all Internet Explorer windows

2) Open Internet Explorer

3) For Internet Explorer 6.0:

   a. Select Tools from the File menu
   b. Choose Internet Options
   c. Click on Settings inside the Temporary Internet Settings section
   d. Click View Objects button
   e. Select Maid Control and Choose Delete this item or press the Delete key

4) For Internet Explorer 7.0:

   a. Click on the Tools drop down or press the Alt key and select Tools from the File menu
   b. Choose Manage Add-ons
   c. Choose Enable or Disable Add-ons
   d. Choose Downloaded ActiveX Controls (32-bit) from the Show: drop down box
   e. Select Maid Control and click Delete

5) Close Internet Explorer and reopen Internet Explorer

6) Open VSP tool again to reinstall control
